Full Spectrum Fishing Charters LLC is owned and operated by Captain Frank Penton, a Slidell-based guide with more than 40 years of fishing experience. Having spent decades on Louisiana waters, Capt. Frank brings a strong understanding of the local marshes, bayous, Lake Pontchartrain, and the Biloxi Marsh to every trip.
Guests can expect a straightforward, friendly day focused on fishing for speckled trout, redfish, and flounder. Whether someone is new to fishing, bringing the family, or already has experience on the water, Captain Frank works to make the trip enjoyable, comfortable, and suited to the group.

With a paying adult or caregiver, all special needs guests fish for free, giving families and caregivers a simple way to plan a guided trip built around time on the water, fresh air, and a shared love of fishing.

All special needs children and adults fish for free with a paying adult or caregiver.
Active duty and retired military receive 10% off their charter.
Teachers and teacher aides receive $50 off the total trip price.
Active duty first responders receive $50 off the total trip price, including EMS, Fire, and LEO.

Before You Arrive
There will be a cooler free of fish onboard to place snacks and drinks into to keep from adding a personal cooler to the boat.
The Pointe Marina is located at 118 Harbor View Ct. Slidell, LA best parking will turn into the gravel lot across from the launch, go past the second red building and park facing the dock/water just left of the tree. I'll be behind the marina awaiting your arrival. My business shirt is bright colored with an Autism Themed Puzzle Sleeve. Can't be missed.

Charter Rates
Rates are based on group size and include the essentials you need for a day on the water.
Full Spectrum Fishing Charters keeps pricing straightforward so guests know what to expect before booking. Listed rates include rods, reels, tackle, fish cleaning, fish bagging, and live bait when available.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, so guests do not need to bring their own fishing setup.
Your catch will be cleaned and bagged after the trip, making it easier to take home and enjoy.
Live bait is included when available, along with the tackle needed for the day’s fishing.
Final pricing, availability, and eligible discounts should be confirmed when booking.
